Technical parameters of this type economical freeze drying machine:
1. Cold trap coil temperature: -50 ℃ no-load.
2. Limiting vacuum: 20Pa no-load.
3. Ordinary material drying plate’s diameter is 20mm, total four layers, the material can be placed about 1200 ml (10m thick), put 256pcs 22 mm diameter bottle. Manual gland device model, material drying tray diameter is 170 mm, total three layers, the material can be placed about 650ml (10mm thick) or place 22mm diameter 135 bottles.
Manifold type standard configuration is eight rubber valve , can respectively hang 8pcs glass freeze drying bottles: 100ml, 250ml, 500ml or freeze-dried 1000ml (standard configuration optional). T type, standard configuration is 24 rubber valve, could do 24 ampoule pipe freeze-dried at the same time.
4. When the material thickness less than 10mm, freeze drying time is about 24 hours.
5. Power source: 220V±10% , 50Hz, 1300W.
6. Host dimension: 380 * 600 * 345mm.
7. Bell jar dimension: φ260×440mm.
