1. All pipelines design: will effect the materials flow whether liquidity, whether will has solidification.

Same with picture, this is full jacketed layer insulation for all pipelines which the materials flow through. Could ensure there will be no solidification which will affect material’s separation.
2. What’s the material charging & discharging system? Material discharging whether is continuously and stably, will effect your whole distillation process whether continuously and stable.

Picture is high precision gear pump feeding material system, as long as the set speed is the same, the amount of materials’ flow will be the same. Guarantee the material discharging is continuously and stably.
3. Cold trap design: this effect your whole molecular distillation system could reach which temperature point, light compont whether could full collection, effected by this.

Picture is equipped liquid nitrogen cold trap, temperature could reach 200 degree centigrade, can full collection of the light materials. The materials you charging to do research and materials you collected can achieve the quality balance.
4. How about the heating & refrigerated circulating systems:

Heater: temperature control range: RT- 300 ℃, precision 0.1 ℃. Hot oil is closed circulation, high temperature hot oil does not contact with the atmosphere, conduction oil does not oxidize, once injection can use more than 3 years. Run without fume.
Chiller: Imported compressor with original packaging (Copeland), the lowest temperature can reach to -20℃. Super power, refrigeration power is 7.5 KW at 0℃, 3.5 KW at 20 ℃, suitable to remove the solvent of material which contains large solvent content.
