2.In mantle will appear white smoke and peculiar smell when you use heating mantle
at the first time, color will change white to brownness to white, this is normal phenomenon, because glass fibre contains oil and other compounds during production. So please put heating mantle at good ventilate place, after minutes these will disappear and come into normal working.3.Heating mantle capacity
over 3000ml will has squeak when operating, this is because different furnace wire structure and pulse signal of controlled silicon pressure adjustment. These is normal phenomenon.4.When liquid overflow in heating mantle, please shut off whole power rapidly, put heating mantle at good ventilate place, after totally drying, then could be used, in order to avoid electric leakage or electrical short circuit.
5.If long time don’t use, please put heating mantle at drying and without etchant gas place.
6.Please not heating when mantle is empty or drying heating.
7.When environment humidity is high, maybe there has induced electricity conduct through humidity protection layer to outside shell, please not connect ground wire, and keep good ventilate.
